One of the recent interesting announcements from the Duggars is that Jim Bob Duggar will be joining politics again. He is running for District 7 within Arkansas State Senate. He made this news public via the official Duggar Facebook page. In his statement, some netizens caught a kind of information speculated rumors about the matter above. The statement reads that he has 22 grandkids so far. However, factually, it is supposed to be only 21 unless his daughter-in-law Anna has already birthed her 7th child. Anna Duggar announced her pregnancy in the month of April. She had stated being due in the fall. However, there was mention of no specific date.

In contrast, some of the fans are also claiming that it has to be a mistake. That’s because it has already been implied that the 22nd grandkid is on the way. In fact, Anna looked quite pregnant in her last picture from a month ago. Another Duggar couple, i.e., Jedidiah and Katey, also have a baby coming. This means that Jim Bob is will eventually have 23 grandkids in total. No one has a sure answer as to why the number 22 was mentioned in the statement. The Duggar family has not given clarification or confirmation about the same so far.

The Duggars used to star in ’19 Kids And Counting’ and ‘Counting On’. If convicted, the arrestee will do time for 2 decades in prison and pay a fine of 250,000 for each count.
