The 33-year-old is taken into custody by the officers and is being searched. Josh was taken in charge yesterday, whereas, today he was taken to court. He is in jail for the charges of receiving and possessing materials depicting the sexual abuse of children in 2019.

Josh Duggar will have to face 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of $250,000 on each count if found guilty. However, Josh pleads not guilty.
