Dangerously Obese features Dr Charles Procter as the bariartic surgeon. Unlike other shows that humiliate obese patients, he wanted this show to be different. The surgeon wants to show the emotional and mental transformation of his patients that happen with losing weight. He wants the show to focus on empathy and understanding of obesity.

In an interview, Doctor Procter describes his vision for the show. He tells that surgery is only the beginning of the weight loss journey. The real journey starts the day after the surgery. Be it having a proper diet, changing lifestyle, and overcoming psychological boundaries, his patients get all the help they need after the surgery.

Dangerously Obese: Keith And His Wife Send Out Real Couple Goals

The new clip features Dangerously Obese’s new patient, Keith. He is trying to fit into his car. He says being his size its hard for him to work or drive his car. The newcomer calls his wife to come hang with him inside the car, just like they used to back in the day. He claims “It aint that tight.” His wife doesn’t believe him.

When his wife comes over, he asks her to come join him inside the car, just like the old days. He says they have a lot of memories in the car. When his wife gets in the car she remarks that they cannot get both their thighs inside the car. To which, Keith says that he got one of his leg out. They both laugh out loud when Shawn says she has her leg out too. “We bumper to bumper”, she jokes. Fans can tell they got matching humor and a great synergy.

In the confessional, Keith introduces his wife as “Thats my beautiful queen Shawn.” They are giving couple goals as they are hanging out in the car. They are both big bodied but fans can tell they are so in love with each other. One comments, “They seem like they genuinely love each other. She is a beautiful woman.”

In a confessional, Keith says that his wife is his rock, his team and his support. His wife jokes and says that KC is fun and lazy. “Its rare to find someone who cares about you more than themself,” she says.
