In a shocking turn of events we recently heard that Days Of Our Lives actor James Lastovic and his roommate Nevin Dizdari had gone missing. The actor’s mother had posted an appeal on Instagram, asking people for help in locating her son. Thankfully, the families, friends and fans of both youngsters can now sigh in relief as they have been able to form contact.
On October 10, 2022, James mother posted on instagram about the sudden disappearance of her son. “Please pass this along to anyone you know in Kauai, Hawaii,” she wrote. “My son, James, and his roommate, Nevin, are missing!” The Days of Our Lives’ star’s mother shared. “These two young adults stayed over at the Hanalei Bay Resort this past Friday, Oct. 7, Saturday, Oct. 8, and yesterday, Sunday, Oct. 9. They were due to fly back today but never made their flight nor returned their rental car.” She shared the information. “This is not like them! They are both conscientious kids.”
“The last time they were heard from was Sunday, Oct. 9, at 1:30 p.m. Hawaii time when they texted their hostess, Carrie Flanders, at the Hanalei Bay Resort,” James’s mother added. “The last time they were seen was by Carrie Flanders was [Oct. 9] at 8 a.m.” The concerned mother of the Days of Our Lives star wrote.
“They asked for information about Kokee State Park so they could take the long trail hike.” She reported. “They also asked for directions to Shipwrecks Beach to the cliff diving area.” James’s mother added. “They never returned back to the resort last night. They left all their belongings at the resort which are now in the police’s possession.”

We can’t even imagine how terrifying this experience must’ve been for James and Nevin’s family. However, all concerned parties can now relax! TMZ reported that Nevin’s sister has informed that they were able to establish contact with both James and Nevin. “My sister and James are okay.” She wrote. “They got lost on their hike but made it back to their car and are on their way back to the resort now. Thank you everyone for reposting and helping us reach Nevin.”
We are really happy to find out and report that the young duo, Days of Our Lives star James Lastovic and his roommate Nevin Dizdari, have safely found their way back. While this has to be one of the most terrifying experience of their family’s lives we are happy they can breathe easy now.
