The new Days of Our Lives star confessed that he always wanted to come back as he thinks daytime is the closest he can get to live theater on this coast. Porte said that it holds a special place for him as it’s where he began his journey.
As of the Tuesday, May 16, 2023, episode of Days of Our Lives, he has made a triumphant return, and his character’s connections now extend beyond a single influential family in Salem. It seemed highly likely that Dimitri would emerge as a lost member of the DiMera dynasty. But what caught our eyes was the revelation that he wasn’t one of Stefano’s biological children!
Surprisingly, it was revealed that Dimitri is not Stefano’s biological son but rather Megan’s. It seems likely that his father was a Von Leuschner, and the timeline aligns quite well if Megan had secretly given birth to Dimitri before her arrival in Salem in 1984. In her initial appearances, she claimed that she was pregnant with Bo’s child and later gave the baby up for adoption. However, it wasn’t as such, they later found out that she lied and had an abortion. But what if the adoption story had been true, except the child wasn’t Bo’s?
