As per Soap Opera Digest, the character has even been recast. And daytime newcomer Raven Bowens is stepping in Precious Way’s shoes.
Also, Days of Our Lives episodes starring Bowens will start airing from July 6. While we don’t know a lot about Precious Way’s sudden exit, Deadline recently reported that Way has bagged a new sitcom named Partners In Rhyme alongside rap superstar MC Lyte. So, this could be her reason to exit from Days of Our Lives.
Chanel first came to Salem back in March 2021, and she had started stirring trouble as soon as she stepping into Salem. She left Claire and Tripp with a big champagne-fueled check in the square. However, then Paulina came in and told everyone about being Chanel’s mother.
Not just that, viewers recently got to know about Chanel’s steamy connection with Allie. The two of them recently met in Julie’s Place for a cocktail, and that ended with a lip-lock that Tripp had witnessed. While Allie cleared that she wasn’t interested in Chanel back then, it looks like things are about to change.
As for the upcoming episodes, Chanel and Allie are about to embark on a new adventure. The two of them are all set to open a bakery with Alice’s very famous doughnut recipe. Although this wouldn’t be so simple because it is Salem. So viewers will get to see a lot of drama coming there. We will have to wait to see what Raven Bowens brings to the table.
