Recently, in September 2022, we reported Days of Our Lives alum Alison Sweeney had signed a multi-picture deal with Hallmark Chanel to act and produce several film projects. The first of those projects, A Magical Christmas Village, is all set to hit the screens on November 4, 2022! That’s quite exciting news for Alison fans! And we can’t wait to watch it!
The Christmas movie stars the Days of Our Lives star opposite fan-favorite actor Luke Macfarlane. Alison plays an architect named Summer, living with her daughter, Chloe, in a small town. However, the magic strikes just in time for the Countdown to Christmas event.’ The story takes a turn when Summer’s mom moves in with them and creates a miniature Christmas village that resembles their own town. Shockingly, the miniature version starts granting wishes, which begin to make Summer’s dreams come true.
One of the magical wishes comes to life when Summer meets Ryan (Luke Macfarlane). As the two spend more time together, they realize how much they have in common. Ryan also helps Summer heal old wounds and learn to be open to love again. Meanwhile, spending time with her mother, Vivian, gives Summer a chance to mend their rocky relationship too. Intestinally, The Days of Our Lives actress, is not only the star of the movie but also its executive producer.

Feeling excited for the premiere of her movie, Alison shared a shot from A Magical Christmas Village. Alison Sweeney is posing with co-star Luke in the picture, dressed in a gorgeous gown, while Luke dons a tall hat! “I had so much fun with these characters and this romantic Christmas adventure. I can’t wait for you all to see it!!” The Days of Our Lives actress exclaimed in her caption, urging her fans to watch the magical flick.
Alison shared that her favorite thing about Christmas is the magic of Christmas, a behind-the-scenes video from the movie. “You have to really wonder, is it the village causing these things to happen?
