Abe’s Sweet Gesture For Lani; Lani Is Off The Hook
According to spoilers for Days Of Our Lives for Friday, July 1, 2022, Abe makes a significant gesture that overwhelms Lani. Abe informed Paulina Price that Lani was their daughter. It appears that Abe could seek to adopt Lani and formalize their relationship.
This would surely explain why the gesture made Lani feel overwhelmed. Again, Abe’s gesture could also mean that Eli Grant and Lani Grant get new positions elsewhere. DA Melinda Trask has made it obvious that she won’t relent until Eli and Lani are held accountable for all of their “whitewashed crimes,” after all.
More Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Eli is primed to drop a bombshell that will leave Julie feeling gut-punched. Stowers and Archey are both getting out of the soap. So, if Lani is spared from prison, the couple must decide whether to leave Salem. Eli guaranteed Lani that they would find a solution to put this all behind them.
Trask’s threat of retaliation and the historical context of Salem may make staying there too challenging for “Elani.” Trask will damage Eli and Lani’s careers in addition to wanting to destroy them. Based on Days of Our Lives spoilers, Trask was eventually pushed to decide by Abe, Paulina, and Beth Howard. Of course, the judge must still approve it, and that hearing hasn’t occurred yet.
It looks like Lani’s family will come together to help her. Everyone must meet at the court as the judge decides Lani’s fate. We can only hope Trask won’t attempt to pull another quick one after closing the deal.

Fans should anticipate Sarah to continue having hallucinations in Friday’s episode. Sarah will see more disturbing and violent visions.
