Running a daily soap successfully for decades is no easy feat! We have to tip our hats to the makers of Days of Our Lives for keeping the viewer’s eyeballs glued to the screens relentlessly day after day for decades! The viewers have been on edge with the happenings of the show just as much as the characters at the epicenter of all the upheavals! Interestingly, we hear that even the head writer of the show Ron Carlivati too feels his anxiety ticking with all that goes down in Salem!
Days of Our Lives: All You Need Is A Hug!
Emotions, drama and crime flow freely on daily soaps! Soap Opera writers have a special talent of bringing out the passion in their audiences which clearly reflects in the feedback they leave on social media! May it be their excitement about their favorite characters coupling up! Or, their resentment over an on-screen breakup! They let it all out online!
However, the latter of the two often creates a larger uproar. Understandably, it can leave the writers feeling a little low! But, there aren’t many blues that a good old warm hug can’t fix! We can all agree on that sentiment, right? Well, Days Of Our Lives head writer, Ron, certainly agrees with us! “Some days you just need a hug…” he posted on his official Twitter account alongside a picture of actress Deidre Hall giving him a tight bear hug!
Ron Carlivati is one lucky man, we have to admit! We mean, not everybody gets a chance to win a loving warm hug from the Queen bee herself! Maybe, her on-screen psychiatrist persona just crept into her real-life one, and she picked on Ron’s blues? Well, whatever the case, we surely envy you, Ron!
However, It’s no secret that Deidre’s character Dr. Marlena Evans on Days of Our Lives has gone through a lot of trouble herself. We hope in the future episodes, Marlena gets a breather! She can use some bright and sunny days on the soap! She sure as earned them, we believe!
