Starting off, the preview video is Lani, who will come face-to-face with her biological dad TR Coats. Lani will be emotional and on the verge of an explosion as she furiously talks to her father. Lani then argues that she already has a father whose name is Abe Carver. Not only that, Lani asks TR why he thought that Lani would jump in his arms and call him daddy when she knows everything that he has put Paulina through. This year will tell her that he is a changed man. She will promise her that he will become better for Lani and ask her for a chance to prove himself.
