Days of our Lives preview for the upcoming week of July 4, 2022, is here and relays the events of Abigail’s funeral. Tension is high in Salem, the police and the citizens are anxious because no arrests have been made in the Abigail murder case so far. Fans can expect some random accusations and arrests in the upcoming week.
Tony and Anna will be at the funeral where Kayla gives a memorable speech. We will see the arrest of Rafe in connection to Nancy’s jewelry. And Chad is mourning the loss of Abigail and may take the law into his own hands, as per the preview spoilers.
Salem Grieves For Abigail
Days of our Lives weekly preview revealed teasers from the upcoming funeral for Abigail DiMera. Kayla Johnson will struggle to find the appropriate words for the eulogy. However, she will eventually write the perfect speech for the service. There will be some situations where Chad and Abby’s well-wishers will talk to the kids. Of course, because Abigail is so beloved, the majority of Salem will be there.
Abigail’s funeral will see the return of Tony DiMera and Anna DiMera – in addition to the presence of Will Horton, and Sonny Kiriakis. The service will also feature Jack Deveraux, Jennifer Horton, and JJ Deveraux.
Days Of Our Lives: Chad Is Angry, Goes After Abigail’s Murder
Meanwhile, Chad will experience a wide range of emotions. Part of Chad wishes to be alone in his grief. The other side of him, on the other hand, embraces those who try to console him. In the preview, Chad goes to the police station where he will be looking for Abigail’s murderer.
Chad can’t contain his wrath and lunges toward the interrogation room. Several others are holding Chad back. However, Flynn spoke to Soap Opera Digest about his character and he revealed that Chad is trying to be a judge, jury, and executioner. Chad seemed to be considering taking matters into his own hands. Will he, however, make a grave mistake and go after someone who is not genuinely responsible for Abigail’s death?
Jack Interrogates Steve
It is hinted that Jack will interrogate Steve “Patch” Johnson about any clues in Abigail’s murder investigation. He is concerned because no arrests have been made in the murder case. Of course, Abigail’s family doesn’t believes that the Salem PD could solve the case. So, that will be a problem.
The preview does not reveal who is accused of murdering Abigail. However, it is hinted that it is related to Rafe inquiring about Nancy Miller’s jewelry. Well, given the police department’s track record of mishandling cases, this is understandable. Rafe will make an arrest, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of July 4th.
So, unless Clyde Weston gives them Leo Stark, he could be charged with murder. Since this is a murder investigation, we cannot expect the real culprit to be arrested.
