Sarah’s Condition Is Improving
Starting off the preview, Sarah will get the antidote in front of Xander and Maggie. DOOL viewers know that Gwen told him where she hid the antidote, and Xander was able to find it in his hotel room. Now that Xander has been able to convince Maggie that Sarah needs this medicine, the doctors will start preparing for it.
Further spoilers suggest that before getting the injection, Sarah’s health will start declining, which will make Xander and Maggie more worried. And after a while, Sarah will be given the antidote. As soon as she looks into Xander’s eyes, she will call out his name. And when Xander will hear his name from Sarah, he will be relieved. Days Of Our Lives: Lani Aims Gun At TR

After that, TR will go to Paulina’s apartment and threaten her with violence, but Lani might come to her mother’s rescue.
