As per the latest spoilers, Bonnie Lockhart could be revealed as the mind-altered Adrienne Kiriakis. As twisted as this storyline sounds, hear us out. This could be the only way where Days of Our Lives could bring dead Adrienne back for Sonny and Justin.
DOOL viewers would recall, Adrienne was killed off. And ever since that happened, many Days of Our Lives fans have been asking the soap to bring her back. While the show did try to work with Justin and Bonnie’s pairing, it does not feel the same because Bonnie isn’t Sonny’s mother. However, things will change now. Sonny Kiriakis is back on the soap, and new twists will come up in the upcoming days.
Sonny Has Returned
DOOL viewers know that Sonny is all set to return to Salem in the upcoming week of March 7, 2022. When that happens, it will be a game-changer for many characters. As per the latest spoilers, Sonny will voice his concerns about Bonnie. He might even tell Justin that the reason why he did not come was Bonnie. He made excuses to not attend the wedding.
Justin will undoubtedly defend Bonnie. Viewers would recall, Bonnie impersonated Adrienne and caused a lot of pain. Now, she has taken over Adrienne’s life. So, this is something that will give Sonny a lot of pain. Given how everything is rolling, all of this feels like a setup. Viewers would recall that when Bonnie returned, she spoke about a cemetery and how super couples should end together.
While we would like to believe that she was talking about herself and Justin, it looks like it was Adrienne and Justin. After all, they were the super couple. Justin and Bonnie are just a dupe of the couple. It makes sense that Adrienne would return. Days of Our Lives might roll out a storyline where we would come to know that Bonnie is the one who died and Adrienne’s memories were manipulated.
Would Days of Our Lives Do Something Like That?
After all, a similar storyline is being played on Days of Our Lives right now. Sarah was drugged, and now she believes that she is “Renee DuMonde.” She read Renee’s diary and now believes that it is true. Maybe, Adrienne was drugged too, and she read Bonnie’s memoir. That would have made her believe that she is Bonnie.
