Starting off the episode, Maggie will go and meet with Xander and tell him that Sarah’s mental condition is deteriorating. She will tell him that Sarah is behaving like a child now instead of Renee. Then, Xander might fill in Gwen with the whole Sarah situation. And Gwen might feel a bit guilty since she is the one behind Sarah’s condition this time.
DOOL viewers know that Gwen swapped the antidote because she wants Xander to give up on Sarah as he promised. It looks like Xander and Gwen will move forward with the wedding plan. Either way, it is Gwen’s fault.

Tony Warns His Wife
Rounding off the episode, Anna will receive some updates from Tony DiMera about the repercussions of jabbing Sarah. Viewers know that Sarah Horton’s health is getting worse, and Anna was the one who attacked Sarah with the injection. So, she is in grave danger of it.
But, Anna will tell Tony that she was trying to help. She might insist that she had good intentions and didn’t want to hurt Sarah. Tony might not be able to help his wife through this. And Mrs. DiMera might be looking at some time behind bars. It seems like Anna will regret the decision to attack Sarah like that. She will be concerned about spending time away from Tony if she ends up in Statesville.
