As we mentioned, life is just not easy for Xander these days on Days of Our Lives. But Chloe’s isn’t any better either. Despite being pregnant with Xander’s baby, Sarah wants to divorce him. She has just had enough of him. Furthermore, Gwen and Xander, too, have hit a pothole. Gwen’s hookup with Alex has pushed the brakes on Xander’s romance with her. If Xander faced a double-decker heartbreak from Sarah and Gwen, Chloe is still coming to terms with what happened with Brady and Stefan.
Brady broke Chloe’s heart by calling off their relationship on Days of Our Lives without an explanation. Then, he forcefully had Stefan deprogrammed by Rolf, which made him forget his relationship with Chloe. Thus, leaving her once again heartbroken for no fault of her own. Recently, Chloe came face-to-face with Kristen and Leo and had a massive showdown. Later, a visibly upset Chloe cried her heart out on Xander’s shoulder. He, too, lent her the support she needed at that moment. But there was definitely more than was meeting the eyes! There was evident chemistry between the two singles that was just unmissable.

In recent months we have seen many unexpected pairings and steamy hookups on Days of Our Lives. If the Peacock soap intends to stick to their new pattern, then a romance between Xander and Chloe would fit right in! Neither of them seem to have any other viable options in their orbits as of now. And jilted lovers tend to lash out with crazy rebounds. Thus, Xander and Chloe sharing that hug bring a lot to the table. Interestingly, in a chat with Soaps.com not too long ago, Xander’s portrayer had spoken about the possibility of a Chloe-Xander pairing.
Actor Paul Telfer told the publication that he was all in for getting paired up with Chloe on Days of Our Lives. The handsome star pointed out that apart from the chance of hooking up with Chloe, it would also serve as an opportunity to mess with Brady. And that is something he would certainly relish. Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that things will get only harder for Chloe in the coming days, thanks to the leaks on Leo’s gossip column. And that could push her to seek solace in Xander’s arms again.
