Gwen presumably destroyed the injection that Chad got from Dr. Rolf. But he might have other doses too. So, Xander might decide to pay Dr. Rolf a visit. The man is in jail, but there is a possibility that the warden could give Xander the medicine.
Assuming Xander gets his hands on the antidote, he will visit Sarah. Xander will hope that they can inject Sarah with this and make things better for her.
