In a recent clip from the show, fans witnessed Lisa reprimanding staff. “Last night, what transpired is Marcus, standing at the back of house, swooping cups of Sangria,” she started. “Venus, standing here with Jason, Marcus, taking shots—before you even start working,” she pointed out. “I’m not happy with you at all,” she reprimanded them on their service.

The SURvers were consequently called into Lisa’s office for a one-on-one. Another clip showed Marcus unwillingly trudging into Lisa’s office with a bouquet of flowers, trying to smooth out the confrontation. She said it wasn’t necessary and got straight to the point.
