Is The Show Renewed!

Kat Dennings led the show; Dollface is coming back for a second season. A report by TVLine revealed that Dollface season 2 is happening. The show was renewed at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena back in January 2020. Hulu claims that Dollface was one of the best performing new binge series for the streaming platform. Though the platform did not disclose any hard and cold numbers, we know it was enough for the platform to renew the show.

Who is Coming In?

While we do not yet know who all will be coming back for Dollface Season 2, we can expect to see many of the main stars to come back. These faces include Kate Dennings, who will come back to reprise the role of Jules Wiley. She will come in and piece her life back together in quite unique ways after her boyfriend dumps her.

Other cast members who could be coming back include Brenda Song as she comes in to play Madison Maxwell. She will play the character of a P.R. expert and Jules’ best friend from their college. Esther Povitsky will comeback as Izzy Levine, Jules’ co-worker. Shay Mitchell is also expected to return for a second season as Stella Cole. Other potential returning cast members include Connor Hines, Beth Grant, Vella Lovell, and Brianne Howey.

What will happen in Dollface season 2?

The creators have not yet revealed many details about what could be coming up on Dollface Season 2. However, we can expect the second season to pick up exactly where the first season ended. It would pick up again with the group of four friends as they deal with a number of trials.

Fans of the show would remember how the first season ended with this group going to Mexico for Ramona’s wedding. When Colin and Celeste came in, Jules grabbed the microphone and announced Colin was cheating. The first season ended with all of them jumping in a car and head back to L.A.

When is Dollface Season 2 release?

Dollface was able to secure many fans when the first season was released in November 2019. Soon after, the show was renewed in January 2020. Ever since then, fans had been waiting for a November 2020 release. However, that did not happen. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic delayed the filming, and production delayed the release date.
