Well, they like to live a more reclusive life, unlike the other siblings. Jim Bob and Michelle transferred around 5.92 acres of land to the couple in November. Lauren and Josiah wanted to live a more independent lifestyle after the cancellation of their reality show. TLC canceled the show when the family received backlash for Josh’s case. Now the latest Duggar news suggests that they took a loan worth $573k for the property.
Lauren and Josiah recently built a 2556-square-foot house on the huge land. They finally became the new neighbors of Jim Bob, and Michelle. According to TheSun, the couple has agreed to pay their dues to Rocket Mortgage every month to clear the full and final amount. Further, they have to pay off the loan no later than July 2053. They have beautifully designed the new home consisting of three bathrooms, a garage, and also a front porch. As per Duggar News, the place also includes a lot of plants and enough natural light from the windows to give the couple an amazing experience.
