Recently, Duggar News reported a major health update from Jessa Duggar regarding her newborn son, Edward. Baby Edward had recently developed a strange rash. “He has had this rash,” she shared on her YouTube video. “It looks like cradle cap, but it’s not cradle cap,” she added. Because, unlike cradle cap, Ben’s rashes were very itchy.

Following her mama instincts, she did something. Since Edward is breastfed, Jessa instinctively considered changing her diet in hopes it might help baby Edward, too. “And when I went dairy-free when he was about 4 months old, all of his stuff cleared up,” she additionally recalled her prior experience with her other son, Henry. The Duggar sister consequently noticed a significant difference in Edward.

Previously, she had shared about the challenges she faced during her postpartum period. However, she decided to work hard and make it better and healthier for herself. Thus, today marks a significant milestone in her journey.

She posted a vlog on YouTube to share the promising update. “I’ve managed to lose about 15 pounds in the last couple of months,” Jessa shared. She detailed her efforts to develop an effective workout routine over the years. Moreover, she outlined her new diet and specific proteins in that very video.

“I’m only about maybe five pounds out now from my pre-pregnancy weight, which always feels really good. It’s so exciting to be close to those goals,” she shared. Jessa works with her personal trainer, whom she hired before conceiving Edward, for “three to five days a week.” Moreover, she noted that although she wasn’t an athlete, working out was necessary to achieve her goals.
