As per the source, the disgraced celeb was served with whole fresh fruit, margarine, hot oatmeal, and coffee with sugar packets.
Josh further had access to skim milk, a breakfast cake, or whole wheat bread with two packets of Jelly for breakfast. Then he got options of herbed Cornish hen or baked Cornish hen along with soy chicken and vegetables or vegetable-stuffed peppers for lunch. Duggar News followers are always curious to know how Josh is behind bars. Hence, they were up for some new tea as the prison authorities have made some changes for 2025. The Sun recently confirmed that the Federal Bureau of Prisons would now give their inmates less time to speak to their families.
Inmates initially had 500 minutes a month to speak to their families or loved ones. However, the prison authorities have reduced this to 300 minutes a month. A family member of the inmate exclusively revealed to the source, “We’ll need to pay for all 300 minutes.” But that’s not all. The inmates would also have to pay for their phone calls.
The insider claimed that inmates would have to pay “six cents per minute” every time they made calls. They felt that this was a hefty amount and a “money-gouging move” by the authorities. As per the source, this would put an extra “financial burden” on the people who are already struggling to make ends meet.
The insider added, “Half of prisoner’s families struggle to maintain food and housing, much less extras.” As per the policy update on the BOP website, they have taken a step to reduce the call rates for AICs to $0.06 per minute. The inmates would further have to pay $0.16 per minute for video communications.
