He claimed in the paperwork that he had no source of income behind bars. As per the disgraced star, he was broke and had no money. Josh wanted to convince the court that not even his relatives and friends were sending him money, and he wouldn’t be able to afford anything at all. 

Duggar News: Josh Duggar Gets A New Trial Date!

Something fresh is up in the Duggar News bulletin now. A federal judge has finally scheduled a hearing for Josh Duggar’s motion. Well, what was his motion about? Apparently, Josh wants to vacate his child pornography conviction and get out of bars as soon as possible. So, here comes the new twist. 

American District Judge Timothy Brooks reviewed the matter and set a hearing on March 4. It will be at 1:30 pm in Fayetteville. This came after Josh begged the judge to appoint a lawyer for him. However, he didn’t get any approval for his plea. Even after all this, Josh is blaming a long list of people for his condition and is accusing almost the entire world of his current condition. 

Hence, viewers are clearly not looking forward to Josh even getting a chance to justify his deeds. A Reddit user wrote, “Hopefully they take one look at the specific CSAM he had and tack on another 12 years for his audacity.” Another one added, “Let’s make it another full 20! If a remember correctly he was facing 20 yrs for each charge for a total of 40 yrs and didn’t get close to that.”

Someone else pointed out that the FBI agent who investigated the matter said Josh’s CSAM was among the worst he had ever seen in his career. Hence, several viewers believe that no child is safe around Josh.
