Several sources confirmed that Josh’s letter talked about how there were errors made during his arrest, and his constitutional rights were violated. He believes that he deserves a qualified lawyer, and his entire case should be considered again. Apparently, the disgraced star is sure that his sentence should not be the same!

Duggar News followers are well aware of the fact that Josh Duggar’s initial release date was actually October 2, 2032. This came after he had to face a shift in his release date earlier as well. Apparently, during the time of Josh’s arrest, several sources confirmed that the disgraced star would return on August 12, 2032.
However, things took a wild turn and October 2, 2032 became his new date of release. But little did he know that he would again have to face a setback when it comes to his release date. The Sun recently confirmed that Josh was no longer going to return to his house on the noted date and the dynamics aren’t the same.
As per the current scenario, Josh’s new date is December 23, 2032. This makes it clear that now he would have to stay in the prison for almost four more months. Viewers are now waiting to know what the reason is behind this new prison date. However, they are happy to know that Josh is finally paying the price of his deeds!
All of this came after several sources claimed that Josh would be out soon. He is demanding a free lawyer team for his case as he believes that the new laws would work in his favor.
