EastEnders star Shaheen Jafargholi, who rocked as Shakil Kazemi in the beloved soap opera, is making waves with a new role! Shaheen’s character met a tragic end in 2018 when a gang leader stabbed him to death. Now, Shaheen has jumped on board to join the crew of the BBC Three show Wreck’s second season. EastEnders: The Actor Navigates New Waters!
The Shakil actor appeared in EastEnders from May 2016 to May 2018. And it looks like it’s about time that actor is starting to explore unfamiliar shores! She is all set to appear on in a new show Wreck is a comedy horror that follows Jamie’s quest to unearth the truth behind his sister Pippa’s mysterious vanishing act. She disappears on a cruise ship where she works. Moreover, the company running the ship claims that Pippa ended her own life by jumping into the ocean.
However, Jamie doesn’t buy it! While the rest of the crew seem oblivious, wrapped up in partying and debauchery, the teen brother doesn’t give up. He digs deeper and takes the lid off a string of murders happening on the vessel. And now the second season picks up right after the dramatic climax of the first one. That’s when the EastEnders star jumps in!
The actor will join the cast for this exciting new season! This season, Jamie will team up with the surviving crew members as they gear up to take down Velorum. They plan to expose the company’s shady dealings by infiltrating its new wellness festival in rural Slovenia.
Some familiar faces like TV legend Alan Dale and a few newbies will join EastEnders’s Jafargholi. These include Greg Austin, Carolyn Bracken, Niamh Walsh, Buck Braithwaite, Bradley Riches, and many more!
