EastEnders: Tameka Teases About Her Comeback!
The EastEnders icon recently appeared on Good Morning Britain, hinting at her return soon. Co-hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid asked Empson about her return plans, and she didn’t disappoint! She revealed about slipping back into Kim’s shoes ‘a little bit later.’
Moreover, the host asked Tameka if she felt an ‘existential dread’ of being written out on EastEnders. She dismissed the worries, “I’ve got my life jacket. I want to survive. There’s always that [feeling]: nothing ever lasts forever.” The Kim actor admitted to enjoying (The Big Life) and only poured love for getting the opportunity.
In The Big Life, Tameka not only shines on stage but flexes her talent as a co-writer. The musical explores the lives of four hopeful West Indies men, crossing paths with four women and facing unexpected hurdles. Meanwhile, it’s been no smooth sailing for Kim on EastEnders.
The character crashed her car into the Argee Bhajee after learning about her sister Denise’s affair with Ravi Gulati. The accident left Denzel injured and jeopardised Kim’s bond with Howie Danes. However, the couple patched things up, with Howie even supporting her through her prison ordeal and PTSD diagnosis.
