General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 21, 2022, suggest that Curtis will prepare The Savoy for the first poker game in the backroom. He’ll expect Selina to stick with the deal and tell her what she had dug about Marshall’s sealed arrest record. But Selina will be in a mood to test Curtis’ patience. Regardless, she will finally reveal what she has learned.
At one point, TJ Ashford will catch up with Curtis to quiz him about Marshall and his secrets. But Curtis will want to handle the situation on his own. Meanwhile, Marshall decides to leave the town, but he will soon change his mind. Once Marshall learns his son knows about his secrets, he will stay in Port Charles and try his best to make amends.
More related spoilers suggest that Sonny visits Curtis at The Savoy and warns him that he is making a mistake. After Sonny spots Marshall’s pills, he will understand what he is going through because Sonny is dealing with something very similar.
It looks like Sonny will tell Curtis that he doesn’t hold any grudges, and neither should he. If Sonny learns that Curtis wants to cut Marshall out of his life, he may not support this idea. As for Maxie, she will get into a heated conversation with Damian Spinelli. Spinelli will pass a comment that will upset Maxie, so she’ll warn him about it. It could be related to Austin Gatlin Holt but there’s a possibility that could also be about having a romantic future with Maxie.

Over with Britt, she will be ready for her first Society Setups date and will wait for the person while doing some eavesdropping. While she tries to give her love life a second chance, she’ll realize Drew is also trying to search for a new path for his career. Vanessa Mathison will join the show as Mia, the executive coach. We’ll the name sounds familiar because she tied the knot with Cameron Mathison in real life.
So now, Drew will have a serious conversation with Mia about whether he wants to run a media company or search for another career path. Speaking of Britt’s date, he will keep her waiting for a long time. Britt will talk to Drew about how advice can take you in the wrong direction. So she will tell him the entire Society Setups story. Drew will say not everyone comes back as he did. So they both will bond over Jason’s death.

Rounding off, Harrison Chase will be strong-willed to dig deeper into Elizabeth’s stalker drama. He will talk about something that someone wants them to believe.
