Finally, the official teaser is here, and fans are gearing up for an explosive season. In it, June sat down with her family as they celebrated something big together. She stated, “Even though we might be a dysfunctional family, our dysfunctionality works for our family.”
Pumpkin frowned at her mom’s statement before Honey Boo Boo asked their mom about her money. Mama June picked up a comical, large check to tease her daughter. Pumpkin announced her decision to get a divorce from Josh in a different scene, leaving Justin and June in disbelief. Josh was definitely “ not okay” with his wife’s decision.
However, he lost all hope of saving their marriage when he learned about his wife’s alleged affair with a new man. Alana, on the other hand, faced her own challenges because of Dralin’s legal issues. She was excited for her second year of college before she learned about his expected jail time. Pumpkin was worried about her sister’s future and asked if she would waste 10 years of her life on him.
Alana stated, “I’m just really hoping that he does not have to go to jail.” June looked stressed when someone from the family announced an unexpected pregnancy.
