Emmerdale: Who is the Lier- Cathy Or Angelica?
After the death of poor Heath Hope, the entire mystery revolves around his sister, Cathy Hope, and his girlfriend, Angelica King. On New Year’s Eve, three of them took Wendey Posner’s car and went for a joyride. However, it turned out to be something completely unexpected. Viewers saw it screened after Bob and Wendy found out therefore, his death has been a mystery ever since.
As the investigation began, Cathy and Angelica started playing the blame game. While the fans remember Cathy being on the steering wheel, she totally denied it. She just called ‘Angel.’ One of the Emmerdale fans suggested, “I actually think Cathy might be telling the truth this time, and Angelica was driving.” Another added, “Bob won’t believe Cathy because of her track record and will give her a hard time. Angelica will eventually admit it was her, and Cathy will hate Bob for not believing her. The end.”
Even though Emmerdale viewers want to believe Cathy this time, what if she is actually lying? Considering her past and anger issues, which also led to her physically hurting her father, Bob, and attacking Wendy, she has no limits. A Totally Unexpected Killer!!
Lately, car crashes have become a daily thing in Emerdale. Back in May, Angelica’s mother got into an accident with Moira Dingle. Later, it was our favorite trio, leaving Chloe in a coma. So, is there a mystery driver causing all these accidents? If yes, who is it? On top of that, there is a theory that maybe Emmerdale is just building up the story to reveal that it was nothing but an unfortunate accident.
Emmerdale bosses stated, “There’s also going to be a tragedy in the village in January that’s going to affect two of our most loved families. It’s ultimately going to tear friendships apart and change the dynamics of one of those families forever.” Hence, it could be just a mere attempt to trigger the relationship between Kings and Hopes. While in reality, the accident happened due to a mechanical fault in Wendy’s car.
