Fans were eagerly waiting for the adorable moments to commence. However, they were struck with the horror of the situation. Liz seemingly put baby Leighton in what seems to be a mouldy pumpkin. One side of the pumpkin was graying and a bit green, raising speculations of a possible mould situation. Fans were enraged at the mom for putting her daughter already ill health condition at risk.
