General Hospital: Charles Shaughnessy Shares News Of Pure Joy!
It is true that we get so engrossed in merely surviving the rat race that today’s times have tossed us into that we forget to focus on the finer things in life. The things that actually make life, life! General Hospital star Charles Shaughnessy’s latest post is a perfect reminder of it! Recently, the actor took time off from his busy schedule to be present for one of the greatest moments in his personal life! “Time out from politics, acting, climate concern, inflation and other depressing stuff,” he wrote. “Pure joy arrived in the form of our first grandchild.” The ecstatic grandfather wrote.
However, fans of the General Hospital may get a tiny bit disappointed that Charles refrained from posting a picture of the newborn. “I want to respect his own and his parents’ (my daughter’s) privacy,” he continued, “so no pic, but I am overflowing with love right now.” He further mentioned in his tweet. But that’s alright. We understand and respect the family’s privacy. They need and must have their personal space.
The General Hospital star’s tweet was soon flooded with congratulatory messages from fans and friends. “A new generation, Lord! Mazel Tov! All my love to you and your ever-growing delightful family!” wrote actor Scott Lowell. “Congrats Charlie! So happy for you all. Xo!” tweeted actress Martha Madison. “Congratulations Charles!!! That’s wonderful! Enjoy all those snuggles. Nothing like that new baby smell!” “Congratulations on the birth of your first Grandchild!! Remember, being a grandparent is the only job that isn’t overrated!” were some of the other messages.
