General Hospital Comings And Goings: Ryan Is Indeed Dead And Gone, But Heather Promises to RETURN

General Hospital has served some massive shake-ups to the viewers. Dead bodies have piled up on Port Charles like a stack of playing cards, and some dynamics have shifted forever. The month of February has been painted red on the ABC soap but not with love! We saw Nikolas Cassadine fall to his death after Ava smashed his head with a statue. Then Heather hooked Austin Holt, followed by Mac Scorpio shooting Ryan Chamberlain. In the end, Heather the Hook Killer was hauled off to prison. But which of these characters have bid goodbye forever, and who might just come roaring back! Keep reading to find out!

Ryan Chamberlain’s Reign Of Terror Ends

Ryan Chamberlain’s obsessions with Ava Jerome knew no end on General Hospital. As soon as he broke out of prison, he headed straight to corner Ava at Wyndemere. However, his forced reunion was cut short first by his murderous babymama, Heather, and then by Mac. Ryan had knocked out Mac Scorpio on his way to Wyndemere and stole his gun. But Mac soon recovered and followed him to the Cassadine Castle. Right when Ava and Ryan were in the middle of the heated face-off, Mac shot Ryan dead.

GH/ Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is dead

Later, Ryan’s twin, Kevin Collins, confirmed that he knows his evil twin is dead on General Hospital. He even bid Ryan goodbye in the body bag. Furthermore, Esme confronted Heather and told her that her father is dead and as far as she is concerned, her mother is dead too! It seems that Ryan’s reign of terror has truly ended in Port Charles. Ryan’s portrayer actor Jon Lindstrom posted a goodbye to Ava on his Twitter account. Thus, confirming the end of his character. However, Jon also portrays the character of Kevin, so Ryan’s death does not mean that we will never get to see Jon on the screen again!

Heather Webber Promises To Return ON General Hospital

Heather Webber on General Hospital is as menacing as one could get. She was so terrifying on her own, let alone seeing her as the hook-wielding serial killer. However, her days of hooking people are now behind her. She has been arrested and sent off to a high-security prison. And by what Laura has to say, it is a place where Heather would be lucky to even see sunlight. But hey, she is not a force to be contained for too long! Standing true to her nature, Heather threatened to return with a vengeance!

GH/Heather (Alley Mills)

And something in the way she said it made us believe her on General Hospital. We are sure that one fine day Heather will definitely be back for revenge. However, who will portray the character is an entirely different matter. When Esme’s psycho mom returned to the canvas in 2022, actress Alley Mills took over the role. However, actress Robin Mattson had always been the most popular Heather. In fact, she would have reprised the role in 2022, but she was busy recovering from her knee surgery and an impending hip replacement. So it would be interesting to see who amongst the two talented stars reprises the role whenever Heather chooses to return.

General Hospital Comings And Goings

The latest General Hospital spoilers tease that a slew of characters are set to return to the screen in the coming episodes. Actress Lexi Ainsworth will soon return to Port Charles as Krissy Corinthos. The last time we saw her, she witnessed the death of her cousin, Brando. The spoilers hint that Krissy will return home to a shock and a lot of family drama. Other spoilers indicate that actor Tristan Rogers will reprise his role of Robert Scorpio once again. So stay tuned to see what happens next between Robert and Diane when they meet again.

Maggie Fitzgerald (Heather Olt)

Recently, actress Heather Olt had entered the circuit of General Hospital as the much-awaited Maggie Fitzgerald. Sam and Dante had traveled to England to locate Esme’s nanny. There is confirmed that Ryan, indeed is Esme’s father. Now, the duo has returned to Port Charles. While Maggie is still in England. Thus, it seems Heather’s stint as Maggie has come to an end for now. However, Esme’s story is far from over, so there is a glaring chance that her former babysitter might return to meet her. So stay tuned to the upcoming episodes to see what happens next on General Hospital. Meanwhile, keep an eye on TV Season and Spoilers for more such updates.
