The latest General Hospital spoilers speculate that Helena Cassadine might be alive and on her way back to Port Charles soon. As per the speculation, Helena might be helping Victor with all the shady plans that he is working on and will hence make a comeback soon.
Long-time GH viewers would know Helena is someone who has been notoriously evil. She committed too many crimes but her biggest enemy all this while was Luke Spencer. Their rivalry began on Cassadine Island when Luke killed Helena’s husband, Mikko, from taking over the world and also killed him. That time, Helena put a curse on Luke and Laura. That is when their rivalry started.
Over the years, Helena has committed too many crimes. She has kidnapped people, murdered some, and even tried to manipulate memories. But, one fine day, her own grandson Nikolas poised her, and she had been assumed dead ever since. However, this is General Hospital we are talking about, and we cannot forget that nobody really dies here.
To prove that point, Victor Cassadine, who was assumed to be dead all these years, recently came back. And now he is trying to gain control of Drew Cain. Not only that, he is trying to get closer to his family, especially Spencer Cassadine. Laura doesn’t trust Victor and believes that he might be involved in Luke’s killing.
While that is a possibility, General Hospital spoilers suggest that Victor might not be able to do all of this alone. In fact, he has some help. Could this be Helena Cassadine? It is possible indeed.
