Victor Cassadine is rotten to the core on General Hospital. His plan is to release a pathogen that would eradicate most of the earth’s population. Giving him the upper hand over the remaining few. He could easily control them with his resources and rise as the most powerful man on the planet. Perhaps he is planning to use the Weather Machine that his brother, Mikkos Cassadine, once created. The Port Charles residents were able to stop Mikkos back in the day, but Victor is a different story altogether! He is far more evil, self-serving, and dangerous than his brother ever was!
