General Hospital viewers keeping up with the updates know that actor Josh Kelly is joining the cast of General Hospital. His role is yet undisclosed, and we are looking to see what would fit the bill. While many speculations hint that he will bring a new role to the town, some speculation also hints that he might take over an older role. Long time General Hospital viewers would know that actor Ingo Rademacher played the character of Jasper “Jax” Jacks on the soap opera. He had been associated with the soap for very long. However, then the whole COVID situation happened, and that made things sore. Ingo was not ready to comply with the vaccine mandate. So, he was let go. However, to make things worse, he sued ABC/Disney for his firing. The case is set for a jury trial on 2/27/23.
Regardless, Ingo was let go. And given how things have been moving between the two parties, it is clear that there is no way that Ingo would be brought back. So, could Josh Kelly take over the role of Jax from Ingo and bring it back to Port Charles? The last time GH viewers saw Jax, he was leaving for Australia. He needed to take care of some business there. So, he went away.
Now, Josh is coming in, and some eagle-eyed fans have been pointing out how Josh and Ingo look very similar. So, that makes us think, is this speculation really true? Would Josh play the character?
