General Hospital Speculations: Tyler Christopher Is Open To Coming Back, Will He Replace Steve Burton As Jason Morgan?

General Hospital rumor mill is churning, and it speculates an interesting return. This speculation is none other than that of Tyler Christopher. The speculation asks if he would come back? Long time GH viewers would recall, Tyler Christopher played the character of Nikolas Cassadine in the soap opera. He joined the cast back in 1996 and continued to play the character until 2017. However, then, Marcus Coloma took over the role, and now he is the Dark Prince Nikolas Cassadine.

Speaking of Tyler’s return, General Hospital Blog reports that he is all in on the idea of coming back. They report that Tyler commented on their Instagram post and then DMed them that he was open to returning to General Hospital. This comment came in response to Helena Cassadine‘s comeback on the soap.

As per the spoilers, Tyler Christopher is open to coming back to daytime drama that he called his home for so many years. This is something that fans would love. However, the only problem is, Marcus Coloma is on the soap playing Nikolas’s character, and he is doing a good job. So, how would General Hospital bring Tyler back?

Keeping in mind the ongoing scenario, there is one character that needs urgent recast. This character is Jason Morgan. Jason Morgan is presumed to be dead, and he is one of the main characters. So, if General Hospital decides to recast him, Tyler Christopher will be a good option. Soaps usually have character fluidity and storyline flexibility. So, that opens a wide range of possibilities. The soap could certainly welcome Tyler back.

Then, alternatively, General Hospital could bring in an entirely new character and bring Christopher in that character.
