Sigh, what we thought would be a Parisian dream is turning into a wretched nightmare. General Hospital spoilers reveal that during the week of January 29, 2024, Esme ambushes Trina and Spencer in Paris. The two lovers decide to have a romantic night as they go sailing in the Seine. However, Esme arrives there ill-fatedly and launches an attack. That ultimately ends in Spencer presumably drowning in the deep waters.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that actor Nicholas Chavez starts his leave of absence from the ABC soap as Spencer following the January 31, 2024, episode. As we all know by now, the fine soap star needs time off to accommodate the filming of his upcoming Netflix project. Titled – Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story. But a pressing question here is – with the love of her life gone, will Trina stick around?
General Hospital Spoilers: Will Spencer’s Drowning Mark The End Of The Road For Trina?
We would completely understand if actress Tabyana Ali took the opportunity to fit in a little break from filming for herself, too. Given that the soap airs five times a week all through the year, the stars get barely any time off. So, with Spencer gone, the makers could have easily explained Trina’s absence by keeping her in Paris for the semester abroad.
However, General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Trina is still very much going to be a part of some other storylines in Spencer’s absence. Perhaps we will see her getting involved in her father – Curtis’s treatment. Or even a revenge plan to take down Esme for good! Imagine Nik and Trina joining forces to destroy Esme to avenge Spencer. That would be an unlikely platonic partnership and a definite breath of fresh air! Perhaps, by the end of that quest, Nicholas Chavez would have wrapped up the Netflix series he is starring in.
General Hospital spoilers confirm that his break from the soap is only temporary, and he will most definitely return.
