It looks like a newbie is in town, and some new and other interesting storylines are coming up. General Hospital viewers know that a new character- Dex, has reached Port Charles and some spoilers suggest that there is a huge reason for this character addition.
In the recent May 5, 2022 episode of the soap opera, viewers got to see Dex and Sonny interacting at the boxing gym. And the way things moved forward makes us think that he seems too good to be true. So, there is a possibility that there is more to what meets the eye.
Ever since this Dex storyline rolled out, there have been some very suspicious twists in it. Starting the series of events, Dante recently told Sonny that he was worried about Sonny being vulnerable. However, without thinking it through, Sonny started thinking about hiring Dex instead. This cannot be a coincidence, and there is a possibility that GH is giving hints that something bigger might be in the works.
Of course, General Hospital will have a lot of time to give Dex the canvas on the soap and become a part of some very interesting storylines. But, there is speculation that says that Dex might be an interloper who would be spying on Sonny’s mob organization. The Corinthos mob organization has been portrayed in a weak light lately. So, it is possible that Dex might be working with Sonny’s enemy and become a threat to Sonny.
