Then, she spoke about auto-immune flare-ups that can often take a toll on people. She knows that because she has dealt with them for a better part of her adult life. The actress also says that a bad flare-up can lead to a number of things like exhaustion, insecurity, sleeplessness, and pain both physically and mentally.
