Last month when Pullos met with a car accident, she told SOD that she needed some time to recover. And until then, Holiday Mia Kriegel would be taking her role. A police report obtained by TMZ has shed new light on the incident. According to the report, Pullos’s vehicle soared over the dividing freeway barrier in Pasadena on April 29, resulting in a devastating head-on collision with another car traveling in the opposite direction. As photographs from the scene circulated, it became undeniably clear that the crash was quite serious. The accident was so severe that Pullos was unable to get out of it. Therefore, a team of firefighters extracted her from the car and transported her to the ambulance.
During the investigation, the police found Tequila and weed edibles in the car, indicating that Pullos was driving under the influence.
