It was a slip of the tongue, we’d say. But was it? Recently General Hospital star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) responded to a fan tweet. And it looks like the actress recently told us all that a big twist is coming up on General Hospital next.
In the recent General Hospital episodes, viewers have seen a lot of baby drama roll out. Michael and Willow have just won Wiley’s custody battle. Carly, on the other hand, is sitting on the big secret about Willow’s bio mom. Now, GH spoilers hint that the ball has just started rolling. New twists are coming up, and Laura Wright might have just hinted at what it is.
GH fans keeping up with the updates would also know that speculation about Willow getting pregnant has been making rounds. It looks like that is true because of what Laura Wright just said. One of the soap fans recently took onto Twitter to say that they are concerned about how Willow will react when she finds out the truth about her mother. This was something that caught Laura’s attention.
Replying to this tweet, the actress says that she, too, is concerned. But then she says, “Maybe Carly should keep it to herself- for about nine months.” Given how the actress was very specific about the time, we can’t help but wonder, is this a sign? We know that Sonny lived in Nixon falls as Mike for six months. However, that was it. So, one possibility is that Carly is just keeping the secret hidden for a long because she wants to inflict pain on Nina.
However, another possibility that appeals more to us is that Willow will get pregnant. General Hospital Summer spoilers reveal that Michael and Willow will soon get some news that will leave the couple ecstatic. It will be something that they would want to share with everyone. So, if Willow does get pregnant, Carly can keep the truth hidden. She might, later on, claim that she only did this because she did not want Willow to get worried when she is growing a child inside of her.
As this truth explosion is delayed, Carly might take the time to scheme. She would come up with a way to make sure Nina is away and does not cause more trouble for anyone. Could a storyline like this actually be in the works?
