Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 14 will officially begin the second half of the anime series and features the new arc. This new arc is titled “Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc.” The synopsis of the next episode is also hinting at the same. It reads, “Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event – Team Battle, Part 0.” The first major arc, titled “Vs. Mahito,” was already concluded in the last episode.
That wasn’t the last time the fans saw Mahito because he successfully managed to escape. But it is certain that he will not show up for some time. Now, the fans are very excited to see new characters with mysterious, powerful skills in the upcoming set of episodes. So, when the new episode premieres? Here are all the latest details.
Jujustu Kaisen Episode 14: What Will Happen?
The anime has justified its manga so far. And that means the upcoming episode will adopt its plot from manga’s Chapter 33. Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc seems to be a friendly event between two schools, but it is actually more than that. Yoshinobu Gakuganji, the principal of Kyoto Jujustsu School, will order his students to assassinate Itadori Yuji in the event. He wants to eliminate Sukuna’s vessel from the world.
Whereas in Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 14, Itadori Yuji will reunite with Megumi and Nobara, who assumes that he is dead. Along with this, the episode will also feature the third-year students for the very first time in the anime. So, in the upcoming arc, the second and third-year students from Kyoto School will try to kill Itadori. At the same time, the students from their competitor school will try everything to save him. Episode 14 will be a little light-hearted and will introduce new characters and feature the inaugural event.

The last episode of Jujutsu Kaisen was an absolute banger. It features a really intense battle in which Itadori and Nanami went head to head against Mahito. Yuji can’t kill anyone, and Mahito tried to take advantage of it. However, Itadori overcame his fear and went all out in the battle against the cursed spirit. He saves Nanami in the nick of time, and then both of them hit some lethal blows on Mahito, which made him feel the death.
So he decided to use his final card, his domain expansion, and trapped Nanami inside him. However, Yuji was able to penetrate through it, which made Mahito touch the soul of Sukuna. And the king of all the curses destroyed him in no time. But the latter was managed to escape through the sewer by changing his shape.
Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 14: Release Date
After the thirteenth episode of the anime, it went on a winter break for two weeks. Therefore, the fans will not see the new episode this Friday. But it will be the last week, and from next week, the anime will continue to follow its weekly schedule. Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 14 will air on Friday, January 15, 2021.
