As her wedding day is coming closer, Amy seems to be becoming more and more obsessed with her big day. The Little People Big World star is soon getting married to her fiance Chris Marek in an August 2021 wedding. The preparations for it have already begun, and a lot of it is currently getting featured on the new episodes. However, now that people are watching her plan everything, they think that Amy is soon becoming a “Bridezilla” of sorts. In fact, this thought is now on Matt and Chris’s minds too. Little People Big World: Matt Calls Amy A Bridezilla!
After all the mess created during Matt and Amy’s Roloff’s divorce, the ex-couple is doing a lot better in their lives than before. They have a better relationship and are trying to keep things formal as much as they can. Amid all this, Amy and her fiance Chris Marek are getting married on the Roloff farms. So, Matt is also being involved in the preparation of his ex-wife’s wedding day. In the latest episode, the TV celebs came together to decide on the flower arrangement for the ceremony.
The producers asked Matt whether it’s awkward to work with his ex-wife at all. Well, the LPBW patriarch thinks that the awkward is yet to come, and there will probably be an “explosion” before Amy’s wedding. Well, he knows how incompatible he and Amy are together, so Matt is sure that a huge fight will soon hit off between them. On the other hand, he also talked about how short-tempered his ex is. Things could get a lot easier between them, but the Roloff family head blames it on Amy that she come in hot to discuss anything. In fact, he even called her a “bridezilla” for her recent behavior.
For those who don’t know, a bridezilla is a bride or bride-to-be who is obsessed with the idea that their wedding is their “day.” So they usually become extremely demanding and difficult to deal with when it comes to things related to the wedding. Well, when Matt finally mentioned that word on the show, fans started to point out that Amy does act like a bridezilla these days. She’s extremely controlling and doesn’t care whether others agree with her opinions, even her husband-to-be.
Little People Big World: Chris Frustrated With Amy’s Controlling Behavior?
The last couple of episodes were way too frustrating for Chris and a lot of viewers as well. This is because Amy came off as a pretty controlling and manipulative bride-to-be. She seems to be obsessed with her wedding and values her own opinions over anyone else’s. Fans have started to pity Chris these days because they feel bad for him for not having control over his own wedding. Besides, it’s Marek’s first wedding ever, while Amy has had one before. So, it seems unfair that the Little People Big World matriarch isn’t letting her fiance make any decisions for their special day.
Well, this started with Amy deciding to do painted rock for favors for guests. Whereas, Chris didn’t like the idea and wanted to do something else. Even fans agreed with the groom-to-be that people would likely throw away the rocks because it’s not useful for them. On the other hand, something that the fans can use and cherish would be favorable. All in all, fans think this incident shows how controlling, and manipulative Amy is and probably deserves to be called a bridezilla.
