The first sneak peek into the upcoming season of Little People Big World is out and surely has a lot of things to reveal. First off, Amy Roloff is finally marrying her new boyfriend Chris Marek. However, the two of them also have some tension between them. On the other hand, her ex-husband Matt Roloff is trying to buy her out. We also see Amy getting sandwiched between her new and old husbands. Here’s everything you need to know about the brand-new season.
Little People Big World: Matt Wants To Buy Amy Out! Tension Between Her & Chris
The story of the long-running show took a different turn when the Roloff family heads Amy and Matt Roloff got divorced. The couple had been married for 30 years and ended up things with each other in a dramatic split. Years after that, Matt is trying to buy the shares to the Roloff Farms back from his ex-wife. Well, it wasn’t quite shocking to everyone else as we see their son Zach talking to his wife Tori about the same. On the other hand, Amy also says that she knew that Matt would want it all in the end.
Hence, we see the former spouses sitting together and discussing the deal. Well, we already know that *spoiler alert* Amy eventually had to sell of her farmhouse and shares to her ex for a whopping $975K back in early 2020. As of what we know now, with that deal everything was sorted out between the two of them. The new season will also feature Chris complaining over something Amy does. When his bride-to-be asks him if their new house feels like a home to him, he says that “You’re creating space for me.”
Little People Big World: Amy Torn Between New & Old Husbands
Amy Roloff looks pretty excited to walk down the aisle, both on the show and her social media. She and Chris were planning to tie the knots sometime in 2020 but had to postpone it to 2021. The new teaser features her planning for her big day and not to mention, trying on her wedding gown. Later on, she even goes on to look for venues alongside her husband-to-be Chris Marek and ex-husband Matt Roloff. As the three sit together in the car, Amy gets sandwiched between her old and new husbands.
In fact, it’s Chris that makes this comment to tease his bride-to-be. Later on, as they reach the venue, Matt and Chris’ seem much more friendly with each other hand before. When Amy notices that, says “It seems like Chris and Matt are becoming buddies.” Besides, she looks quite annoyed with the idea of it. Some recent photos on the Little People Big World cast’s social media reveal that Chris and Amy have a good dynamic with Matt and his girlfriend Caryn now. In fact, the couple might join each other’s weddings as well.
Aside from all the happy things, we also get to know that Zach and Tori’s children Jackson and Lilah will both need surgery. Lilah has some issues with her eyes, and she often gets cross-eyed. Due to this, she might have to put on glasses or get surgery. On the other hand, Jackson Roloff’s legs are starting to bow. Hence, he might as well need surgery to be able to walk properly in the future. Both the kids have achondroplasia which they’ve inherited from their father and grandma Amy Roloff.
