For months, we’ve been listening to Amy Roloff talk about her wedding. However, not a lot of details were actually revealed. But, now that they’ve decided on a wedding venue, it seems like things are finally kickstarting. Well, you’d be shocked to know that Little People Big World star Amy and her fiance Chris Marek have finalized Roloff farms to be the place they’ll tie the knots. After much resistance, Amy is ready to take the step. Here’s what she had to say.
Little People Big World: Amy Roloff & Chris Decide Roloff Farms To Be Their Wedding Venue!
When Matt offered his ex-wife Amy and her fiance to get married on his farm, it looked like the LPBW mom was comfortable with the idea. She had many second thoughts, and it took a lot of convincing for Chris to get his future wife on board. Still, even though Amy agreed to the idea, she only kept it as a “Plan B,” in case they don’t find other options. Eventually, she’s reached the point where “Plan B becomes Plan A”. In an exclusive sneak peek released by People, Amy talked about how she and Chris have been looking for venues for their wedding.
Well, they “weighed our options” and barely liked any of them enough to tie the knots there. This is also because “COVID came into play,” due to which a lot of people changed, canceled, or moved their plans from 2020 to 2021. So, other places they had in mind “just kind of eroded away”. Hence, they ultimately had to select the Roloff Farms as the final venue. Even though it was hard, Amy had in mind that her ex’s farm has beautiful scenery. It has almost everything that can make their wedding perfect.
Little People Big World: Amy Has Mixed Emotions, Chris Wants To Be Friends With Matt
Any LPBW fan would know that Amy is still holding grudges against her ex-husband Matt Roloff. In fact, she often feels uncomfortable around him and his girlfriend, Caryn. Besides, she’s spent more than half of her life at the farm, and she has lots of memories there. Hence, it’s naturally pretty hard for her to imagine her second wedding at that farm. Even though it has been finalized as their wedding venue, the Little People Big World celeb still has mixed emotions about it. Thus, her fiance, Chris, is trying to make her as comfortable as he can.
Chris comes off as very supportive and caring as of his recent behavior on the show. He even pointed out to Amy that aside from other memories, she also has some very good ones on the farm. This is why she should focus more on the good memories. Moreover, he also wants the wedding to go smoothly and as perfectly as Amy wants. Marek even wants to befriend Matt so that neither of them has any hard feelings for each other. Well, Amy is totally against the idea of her ex and current husband’s friendship. But, we hope that things eventually turn out well between all of them.
