However, the TLC fanbase and many of the couple’s loved ones were against this lifestyle. This is especially because Jacob and Isabel lived in a van for the entire time they were traveling.
Their 1987 Westfalia became popular very quickly as they were documenting their journey on their social media. However, soon after that, responsibilities started kicking in, so they eventually had to quit this lifestyle. Hence, the couple moved into an apartment in Bend, Oregon. As of now, only Jacob has a job and has been providing for his family. He and his wife often visit the Roloff farms and seemed to have maintained a good relationship with his divorced parents, Matt and Amy Roloff, and their respective partners.

Well, since their travel life was so popular amongst fans, a lot of them didn’t realize that they are living normal lives now. The couple does not live in the van anymore. However, as some pictures suggest, they still have their van with them. Even today, a lot of fans question them about their van and if they miss the life they had. In fact, a rumor started spreading around that Isabel and Jacob might want to raise their baby in their precious van. Isabel shared an article related to the topic and said, “I mean [continued] wouldn’t that be cool,” with a laughing emoji.
In another story, she posted a picture of a blue bus. The caption read, “but instead of a van I’m thinking something more like this”. Fans of the Little People Big World alum were confused as to whether she was serious about this or not. Some discussion later, people finally realized that Isabel was actually joking about the topic.
