Love Island Games season 2 is getting more intense with every passing day. In the recent episode, Nicola Gauci Borda-Warr and Garbi Denteh competed in a one-on-one battle. Both had to keep their heavy medicine balls off their side while they were fighting head-to-head in the ring. As the ladies went inside the ring first, Garbi took the lead in the first round itself.

But neither of them knew that the battle would take a dangerous turn. Unknowingly, Garbi threw the heavy balls onto Nicola’s head. As soon as the ball hit her head, she was on the floor. Later, the show stopped the game, and Garbi rushed to check on her opponent. The medics also arrived at the set. Nicola told them that she was fine and wanted to continue the game, but they did not allow her. Later, medics escorted her off set, and Ariana declared Garbi the winner of the task. Unfortunately, the loss sent Nicola home.

Fans have been loving the ongoing season of Love Island Games and eagerly anticipating what’s to come next. The show is all set for its final recoupling. While most islanders focus on the game, a few seem to be plotting something else. In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode’s trailer, Garbi looks devastated as the group pushes her and Kendall toward elimination.

Although she escaped elimination, as earlier, she faced Nicola again in the battle and lost after being knocked out. On the other hand, her partner, Kendall, battled against Josh Goldstein and lost. This left Garbi all alone. Garbi was seen saying, “Operation get the power squad back for doing me and Kendall dirty like this is in action.” Johnny Middlebrooks was seen worried about retaliation.

He added, “Don’t let the pressure that they are feeling right now break this up….A lot of things are out of control in this game.” Tyrique Hyde and Toby Aromolaran discussed how far they plan to go in the show. Tyrique said that nice guys finish last, and they must have each other’s backs. He further added that if they don’t support each other, then everyone will target them.

Later, the environment became even more tense when Ariana Madix, the host, announced the next task —a Vegas-themed challenge. She said this would “raise the stakes,” and later, producers eliminated one couple from the competition. Furthermore, in the trailer, there were clips of messy showdowns between the contestants.
