LPBW: Amy Reveals Why Sons Jeremy & Zach Aren’t Close Anymore! Farm Negotiation Caused A Rift
Amy Roloff has been very upfront about her life through Little People Big World. Apart from the show, she also gives LPBW fans extra titbits through her live sessions. It turns out that Amy finally opened up about twins Zach and Jeremy not being close anymore. Before explaining that, she revealed that both she and Matt often raised their kids by saying “one of them” would take over the farm. Although they didn’t care who it would be out of the four. Well, then the LPBW star stated that both Jeremy and Zach “stepped up” at different times to take over the farm.
However, their deal didn’t go through as none of them could afford the farm. As per Zillow, Matt Roloff has put 16 acres of the farm on the market for $4 million! Hence, it was too much for the kids and not a “reasonable offer”. Moreover, this feud became a huge part of the previous season of Little People Big World. Alas, fans got to see Matt and Zach’s relationship crumble. In fact, things got so worse that the famous son with his wife Tori ended up moving to Battleground, Washington, into a new home. Therefore, the downfall of their bond was the highlight of the new season.
LPBW: Matt Roloff Bought Amy’s Side Of Farm At A Very Cheap Price! She Is Upset
During her live Session, Amy Roloff also mentioned other important information. Well, die-hard LPBW fans must know that the matriarch and Matt both owned Roloff Farms when they were married. However, after their divorce, Amy wished to sell her side of the farm. Apparently, she did so to Matt with the hope that he would sell it back to either of their kids, Zach or Jeremy. Well, the patriarch bought his ex out for $975,000. As the 16 acres of the farm are on the market for $4 million, this means he bought the land from Amy for a price a lot lesser than the current price.
Therefore, Amy expressed sorrow over this by saying it makes her “upset”. In fact, she also clashed with Matt on the season finale of LPBW. While Matt tried to defend himself, she came after him by saying the price was unreasonably high for any of the kids to afford. Later on, she made him realize that they planted the idea of the farm going to either of them from a very young age. Hence, they have every right to be upset.
