Audrey suggested her viewers “quiet” their minds enough to listen. Fans couldn’t believe their eyes as she was talking about “anxiety” and “mental health,” which are one of the most critical issues in the USA! As per the reports, over 40 million adults have an anxiety disorder in America, and Audrey feels quieting their minds would help!

They feel that mental health isn’t an issue that should be oversimplified like she was doing. As per National Alliance On Mental Illness reports, 19.1% of adults deal with this issue every day. Hence, it isn’t something that should be taken lightly. Many fans took to the comments and called out Audrey for the same. The latter reshared some of them on her story and tried to re-explain her point of view. A claimed that such opinions are basically the root cause of why people don’t seek medical attention.
Someone explained that anxiety is a “chemical imbalance” in the brain. So seeking professional help is really important to cure it.
