The Roloff family is getting ready for LPBW matriarch Amy Roloff’s second wedding. She’ll soon walk the aisle to Chris Marek in their much-awaited August 28, 2021 wedding. As the preparations are going on for the ceremony to be held at the Roloff farms, Chris and Amy’s ex-husband Matt Roloff are bonding beyond limits. A recent exclusive clip by People reveals this odd pair teasing Amy together. The video begins with Chris and Matt talking about something related to the upcoming wedding.
As the conversations escalate, Matt mentions that he’d do anything for “the lovebirds.” Amy seemed pretty uncomfortable with the comment. However, her man continued the teasing by asking Matt, “Are you as anxious to get rid of her as her dad is?” as everyone laughs at the questions. Matt starts to say, “I will never–” but Amy interrupts to reply, “He already got rid of me”. In a fun way, she tells her fiance, “You know what, I want to slap your face.”
The Little People Big World mom even places a few light ones on Chris’s face as he tries to kiss his adorable wife-to-be. The teasing was light even though Amy was a little annoyed. But the air between the three of them was full of fun. Well, we hope that the dynamic remains to be the same, without Amy getting too serious about Chris and Matt’s jokes.
Little People Big World: Chris Reveals Why He & Amy Aren’t Inviting Matt & Caryn To The Wedding!
It’s finalized that Matt Roloff and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler won’t be at Amy and Chris’s wedding even though it is being held at Matt’s farm. In the latest clip, Chris talks about how he’s more comfortable holding the wedding at the Roloff farms because he’ll be on “very familiar ground”. He even jokes around that he wants to come up with ideas for Matt and Caryn’s wedding the following year. Chris later went ahead to talk about Matt and Caryn being at his wedding.
He said that when he and his fiance decided that the wedding will be on the LPBW patriarch’s farm, Chris thought it would be a given that Matt and Caryn will join them. However, he added that “I saw where it could be awkward for some people”. As expected, she also mentioned that it would be weird and uncomfortable for Amy as well. This is when Matt mentions how Chris asked him if he’d be offended if he and Caryn are not invited to the wedding.
Like the good sport he is, Matt replied that it would absolutely not be a problem and said, “Let’s just take it off the table. Make it simple”. However, the Little People Big World dad threw another joke. He said he’d be going along with Chris and Amy on their honeymoon. Chris followed the teasing and said that it’d be a “Dual Honeymoon”. This odd pair of “buddies” then decided on Hawaii as the honeymoon destination for the lot. The last episode of LPBW Season 22 will be on TLC on Tuesday, August 10, at 9 p.m. ET.
