LPBW: Isabel & Jacob Roloff’s Attempt To Impress Grandpa Matt Through Baby’s Name!
Isabel Roloff took to her Instagram to finally confirm the arrival of her firstborn son into the world. In the post, she revealed that her baby’s name is Mateo Tomas Roloff. Therefore, a lot of LPBW viewers noticed how similar it sounds to family patriarch Matt Roloff’s name. In fact, months ago, the couple had also shared the reaction of the beloved future grandpa when they told him the baby’s name. After the reveal, Matt’s wholesome reaction made a lot of sense to the fans.
However, it took no time for some deep-thinking fans to predict the intention behind the baby’s name. On Reddit, an account claimed that Jacob is trying his best to impress his father by this kind gesture. This has to do with the neverending Roloff Farms inheritance feud. The profile suspected that the newborn child’s name was a homage to Matt as the couple wanted to inherit the Roloff farms. In fact, the duo also shifted close to the farms during Isabel’s pregnancy to stay near the family.
LPBW: Jacob The Most Probable Roloff To Inherit The Farm?
As soon as Little People Big World began premiering on TLC, the family farm known as ‘Roloff Farms’ got tons of attention. At the beginning head of the family, Matt Roloff has said that he wants his four kids (Jeremy, Jacob, Molly, and Zach) to have an equal share of the land to carry on the legacy. He wanted all his kids to settle in the area and run the farm together. However, that didn’t work out as the Roloff siblings ended up vacating the property as their lives took different directions. However, there was heavy speculation that Jeremy would get the land as he is the most responsible out of all.
Unfortunately, Matt now wants to sell his property and doesn’t want to pass it on. Jeremy and his wife Audrey couldn’t buy the property because Matt rejected their offer. It’s suspected that they couldn’t afford to purchase the land all at once and eventually gave up on the offer. On the other hand, Zach and Molly were never as interested as others in being responsible for the farm. Therefore, Jacob is now the most likely contender.
Moreover, Matt stated that his youngest son is fond of Microbiology and Soil Science. This happened during an interview.
